Main types of spline shafts

1: Involute spline: This is the most common type, and its tooth profile follows an involute curve. This design allows the spline to run smoothly even with a certain amount of installation error, and has good self-centering performance.

2: Triangular spline: The tooth profile is triangular, suitable for applications that require smaller size but higher strength.

3: Rectangular spline: Both the teeth and the grooves are rectangular, usually used in light load conditions because they are easier to manufacture than involute splines.

4: Serve spline: One side of the teeth is vertical and the other side is inclined, suitable for applications with unidirectional loads.

We have different specifications of oil forging presses,ring rolling machines,electric arc furnaces,thus we can provide variety of forging,casting and welding materials according to customer's requests.We have the completed machining equipment,including horizontal lathe,vertical lathe,CNC boring and milling machine, CNC boring machine,deep hole drilling and boring machine,gear hobbing machine,gear teeth grinding machine,grinding machine, etc. Strictly quality inspection system can produce high quality products.For each order,we can provide report for material chemical components testing,UT testing,hardness,mechanical property testing(impact testing,yield strength testing,tensile strength testing),size inspection,etc.

Forging & Casting

Rough machining

It's easier and accuracy to control the inner termperature of furnace, so it can improve the purity of steel.It can control the quality of steel from the material. We can casting 1500-50000kgs /PCS.Forged support roller can improve their mechanical properties and extend their service life. This can help customers save costs and improve the working efficiency of the equipment

Rough machining is usually followed by finish machining.This part has completed the rough machining stage; the next steps are heat treatment and finish machining.
